ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide support for all new hire Onboarding activities including initiating background screening and ensuring all requirements are met prior to Day 1 Orientation (to include Physician Interns). Conduct new Hire Orientation in conjunction with senior leadership team. Complete all Onboarding activities in iSolved including I9 verification.
- Process and maintain Payroll and Time & Attendance within iSolved, approving and updating requested changes as necessary in a timely and highly accurate manner. Process Timecards, time off requests, and change requests for each payroll including monitoring for accuracy of input. Verifies and audits all new hires, terminations, LOA and employee changes.
- Process biweekly payrolls and Off cycle payrolls.
- Train leaders on navigation of iSolved and iSolved University (LMS). Assign company training in iSolved University.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics. Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff. To include biweekly training reports from iSolved University.
- Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. To include monthly TWC payroll reporting, unemployment claims / hearings and EEO-1 reporting
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Audit data to ensure proper quality controls are in place.
- Review, follow, and provide input to HR Operations team objectives.
- Assist with the execution of compliance programs, internal audits, external audits, and government audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or other related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience. 2 plus years of Human Resource experience preferred.Highly skilled abilities to use Excel understanding how to combine worksheets and analyze large amounts of data using pivot tables and other data visualization tools. Troubleshoot data and reports.Ability to present course material in an engaging and professional manner.Collaborate with multiple departments in a dynamic and fast paced environment with a Serve Others First philosophy.
