Work Scheduled for 40 Hours a Week Running from August- May with summers off

Job Description :

Establishes and maintains mutually respectful partnerships with families to enhance the quality of their lives and their communities. Annual job assignments may vary based on program model.

Pay Scale :

• Step 1 : 36 semester hours of college credits in any subject and experience working with families, community resource and people in crisis situations $22.61
• Step 2 : 36 semester hours of college credits in any subject and completed Family Development Credential OR Associates Degree in unrelated field $24.33
• Step 3 : Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field $25.81
• Step 4 : Associate Degree social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field. Related field is 24 college credits in topics listed above. Associate Degree in unrelated field with FDC $26.53
• Step 5 : Associate Degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field and completed FDC. $27.27
• Step 6 : Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field and FDC $28.60
• Step 7 : Bachelor's Degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field. Related field is 48 college credits in topics listed above. $29.46
