New Business Sales Representative

About the Role
An established safety products company in the Osceola, IN area is seeking a New Business Sales Representative to join their growing team. This position focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales of industrial products, equipment, and training services to new customers while helping to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys developing new business, working independently, and providing products and services that directly impact workplace safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers across assigned territories.
Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through outbound calls and in-person visits.
Promote and sell supplies, equipment, and training services to help clients maintain OSHA compliance.
Prepare proposals and presentations to prospective customers and meet monthly sales goals.
Safely operate a company vehicle to visit customer sites and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records, expense reports, and required sales documentation.
Coordinate and participate in sales meetings and product training sessions.
Ensure company vehicle is kept clean, organized, and in good repair.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and inquiries.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned that support the success of the team and organization.
Physical Requirements
Lifting / Carrying : Up to 30 lbs frequently; occasionally up to 40 lbs when climbing stairs or handling product.
Movement : Standing, walking, bending, and occasional sitting throughout the workday.
Driving : Frequent travel to customer sites within assigned territory.
