WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Conduct factory-level skill gap analyses and collaborate with HR and OSD to develop hiring and training plans.
• Monitor absenteeism and enforce disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
• Track and monitor the progress of employees during on-the-job training and qualification periods.
• Evaluate mentoring needs on the production floor and coordinate mentoring processes.
• Manage overtime to minimize forced overtime in the factory.
• Develop the C+2 weeks lineup to ensure optimal machine utilization, maintenance, project completion, and minimal forced overtime.
• Monitor headcount versus requirements and realign shifts based on seniority to reduce overtime needs.
• Assess skills gaps among production associates and manufacturing practices against standards. Provide immediate coaching as necessary or plan for training sessions.
