Job Overview :

NA : EUN is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the owners, directors, and the entire restaurant team to ensure the seamless operation of our restaurant, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining the high standards that define our dining experience.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

General Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

Management :

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
• Manage daily floor operations, including guest interactions, service coordination, and staff oversight.
• Participate in opening / closing procedures, such as financial reporting, pre-shift meetings, and end-of-day procedures.
• Oversee POS system, menu updates, and guest relations.
• Hold team members accountable and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
