Job Title : AI Engineer / AI Developer (Finance & M&A Focus) About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents and automation workflows that support financial modeling, acquisition target analysis, and operational efficiency across our M&A firm and portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain AI agents , automation tools, and workflows to support M&A deal analysis and financial modeling.

Build AI-driven solutions that enhance data aggregation, financial forecasting, valuation modeling, and acquisition target evaluation .

Collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Integrate AI tools with internal systems, datasets, and third-party platforms to streamline processes across portfolio companies.

Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of all AI systems deployed within financial workflows.

Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Developer , ideally in a finance-related environment.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and M&A concepts .

Proficiency with AI / ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, LangChain, OpenAI, Vector DBs, automation platforms).

Experience building autonomous agents , workflow automations, or LLM-based applications.

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in investment banking, private equity, M&A advisory, or financial analytics.

Experience deploying AI solutions within operational business units or portfolio companies.

Familiarity with data engineering, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
