Position Overview :

Dogwood Medical Group, a patient-focused medical practice in Gainesville, Virginia, is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive primary care to adult patients (ages 18+), with a focus on routine visits and basic gynecologic care. Enjoy working in a supportive and friendly environment, complete with our beloved office dog who works full-time alongside our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
• Provide routine visits, wellness exams, and basic gynecologic care (no required procedures).
• Manage a panel of 15-18 patients per day with a focus on personalized, patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Emphasize preventive care and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
