The Position
We are seeking a Rental Collections Specialist to join our property management team! You will work with the residents of an 1800-unit apartment community to assist them to pay their rent and perform clerical and administrative functions. Beautiful office with a great support team! Great working atmosphere and benefit package. Hours are 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Review daily rental payments and delinquencies
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Mail, phone and email residents
- Monitor files and records
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing system
- Perform all other office tasks
