We are part of the GreatWater 360 Auto Care family committed to excellence integrity and customer satisfaction. Were looking for a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician to help us deliver top-quality service and repairs.

  • Location : 503 Lunt Ave Schaumburg IL 60193
  • Hours : MondayFriday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM CST

What Youll Do

  • Perform accurate high-quality repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
  • Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify needed services.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and occasionally with customers.
  • Assist with quality control and maintain a clean safe shop environment.
  • Support team goals and jump in where neededno job is too small!

    • Qualifications

  • 3 years of automotive technician experience or equivalent training.
  • ASE Certifications : A4 (Suspension & Steering) A5 (Brakes) A6 (Heating & AC) A7 (Electrical Systems).
  • Valid U.S. drivers license and insurable driving record.
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
  • Own a complete set of up-to-date tools.
  • Ability to use computers and diagnostic equipment.

    • Compensation - Flat Rate Pay Plan

  • $25 - $35 / HR Flat Rate : Paid per billed hour (no overtime).
  • Bi-Weekly Guarantee : 65 hours at base rate (must work at least 80 hours to qualify).
  • Performance Accelerators :

    • Tier 1 : $4 / hr for 6069.99 billed hours

  • Tier 2 : $6 / hr for 7079.99 billed hours
  • Tier 3 : $8 / hr for 80 billed hours

    • (Accelerators apply retroactively to the first hour worked.)
