Description
A Supply Chain Analyst to perform the activities including but not limited to those outlined below in support of Supplier Management operations.
Supply Chain Analysts improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis, process improvements, and functional system support.
Use of interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain is desired.
Immediate supplier management duties will include supplier onboarding, updates and maintaining supplier data accuracy.
Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
Analyze and identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
Pull and analyze data from systems such as SAP, Aravo, Service Now & Maximo.
Develop key performance indicators for supply chain operations and measure performance and reporting.
Understand how systems work from a functional standpoint and assist with requirements gathering and testing for IT upgrades or projects.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and other support groups (i.e IT, Accounts Payable, Cyber, Risk Management, Corporate Taxes, etc.)
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of and the ability to work closely with Purchasing, Logistics & Materials Management, and Investment Recovery.
Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Maximo work management functionality.
Understanding of policies, procedures, and standards.
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI.
Great communication skills and ability to work well with others.
Requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of supply chain functions and exceptional analytics skills.
Supplier Management experience preferred.

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
