Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for performing installations, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining operations facility equipment including pumps, valves, and other natural gas production equipment according to company standards and safety. The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will actively participate on daily maintenance activities.
Duties
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly operational equipment
- Interact with the CMMS system to record detailed repair and maintenance information
- Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust mechanical systems
- Dismantle machine and remove parts for repair using hand tools, chain falls jacks, cranes or hoists
- Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications
- Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment
- Ability to understand basic knowledge of compressors, blowers, pumps, valves, and other oil field equipment
- Transport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other material between work areas and warehouses
- Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacture's specifications

High School diploma or equivalentRelevant 2-year technical certificate or degree is a plusMinimum 1 year of experience in performing maintenance and troubleshooting in an oil and gas, manufacturing, or other production environmentNatural gas industry experience is a plusPreferred experience with Goulds centrifugal pumpsDemonstrated knowledge and experience in the design, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipmentHands-on experience with the following equipment required :Control and solenoid valvesMotors, pumps, compressors, and other standard equipmentAbility to read and understand drawings, maintenance manuals, and PIDsAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teams of electrical technicians, operations personnel, engineers, and safety professionals requiredAble to pass drug, alcohol, driving, physical, and background checkMust be able to push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more at a timeValid work authorization in the United StatesWorking Conditions
