This is not a remote position. It is required of all BRIDGE employees to follow the BRIDGE Hybrid Work Schedule which includes working a minimum of 3 days per week on site.

Summary
The HR Coordinator assists with day to day operations of the HR department and is responsible for the administration of HR programs at BRIDGE Housing Corporation and BRIDGE Property Management Company. Specific areas of focus include managing multiple administrative needs for our employee facing programs such as benefits and perks administration onboarding HRIS entries and changes new hire orientation offboarding and exits annual reporting and file management.
The HR Coordinator works closely with the Sr. Director of HR and the rest of the HR team to maintain a positive environment for all staff. This position requires a high level of organization attention to detail and confidentiality as well as the ability to communicate positively offering excellent customer service to our employees. The HR team works onsite in San Francisco on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays with flexibility to shift as needed.
