Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of sales pipelines, pricing models, and customer relationship dynamics. 4+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Account Manager, or Business Development Lead in wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution sectors. Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, CRM systems, and client management strategies. Excellent English communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex sales processes clearly. Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project). Fully remote work environment. Engagement type : Contractor assignment / Freelancer (potentially full-time). Duration of projects : approximately 1 month (with possibility for extension). Confidential or proprietary information from any employer, university, etc. Trade secrets or internal company or university data. Specific client information or case details. Any information that would violate NDAs, employment agreements or other confidentiality obligations.

Role Overview :
- In this role, you will work on projects that help fine-tune and improve large language models (LLMs) using your sales operations and B2B management expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to strengthen sales strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline client communication and performance tracking.
