Join a collaborative IT team providing front-line support to keep systems running this role youll troubleshoot hardware and software issues install and maintain equipment and ensure all systems and networks operate efficiently. Job Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance for computer systems software and hardware

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Install configure and maintain hardware software networks printers and scanners

Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure consistent performance

Document technical issues and solutions for training and future reference

Job Skills / Requirements

6 months of experience in technical or IT support

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of system setup software installation and basic networking

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Customer-focused approach and team-oriented mindset

Additional Information

Contract position with opportunity to gain hands-on IT experience

Pay Range

$18$20 / hour
