We are looking for a dynamic Business Operations Manager to collaborate directly with the VP of Tech in defining and tracking operational goals. The role focuses on driving business operations initiatives, organizing large cross-functional meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of leadership updates. You will play a key role in data analysis for operational metrics, managing project deliverables, and supporting high-level strategy discussions. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Goal Setting & Metrics Tracking : Collaborate with the VP of Tech to define and track key business operational goals. Ensure metrics are established, regularly reviewed, and presented to leadership for decision-making.
- Project Management : Oversee project deliverables, track progress, and update stakeholders regularly. Ensure timely completion of tasks by coordinating across teams. Write and prepare high-quality content and updates for executives.
- Cross-Functional Meeting Coordination : Organize and manage logistics for large-scale meetings involving multiple stakeholders. Ensure content is organized, aligned with business goals, and effectively communicated.
- Leadership Event Planning : Assist in planning and executing leadership events, including developing agendas, coordinating resources, and facilitating event logistics.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Conduct detailed data analysis to track business operations and metrics. Use insights to drive process improvements and inform strategic discussions.
- Strategic Planning Support : Participate in strategic planning initiatives, providing detailed attention to the organization’s goals and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.5+ years of experience in business operations management, with a strong focus on tracking and analyzing data.Proven project management skills, including managing deliverables, updating stakeholders, and writing content for senior leadership.Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to focus on details while maintaining a strategic outlook.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage loosely structured tasks.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives and diverse stakeholders.Ideal Candidate :
