Job Description

Join our team as a Heat Treater Helper, where you will play a vital role in the heat treat process that follows the manufacturing of screws. In this position, you will carefully handle bolts ranging from 12 to 18 inches in length, placing them individually within metal racks to ensure proper coating during the heat treatment in the furnace. This role requires standing for a minimum of 8 hours a day.

Shift / Pay :

• AM – 11am – 11pm Saturday + Sunday @ $21.60 / hr
• PM – 11pm – 11am Friday + Saturday @ $22.50 / hr

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art Heat Treat facility alongside skilled Heat Treat operators. This weekend role requires working 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. The facility includes temperature-controlled racking rooms currently under construction.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $21.60 / hr.
