Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

$23 $25 per hour starting pay

Additional $1 / per hour for English / Spanish bilingual fluency

$1,000 hiring bonus for those with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only)

Must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019

Training Schedule is 100% remote and approximately 4 to 5 months. Training hours are Monday-Friday : 9 : 00am-5 : 45pm, and some Saturdays : 9 : 00am-5 : 45pm. If training occurs on a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided.

Post-Training Work Schedule is 100% remote. Work hours are Monday-Friday : 12 : 15pm-9 : 00pm, including every Saturday : 10 : 15am-7 : 00pm with one weekday off per week.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships
• Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
• Think quickly and critically to resolve issuesthis is not a scripted environment
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance
