Position : Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Schedule : Full-Time | Outpatient | No Weekends or On-Call

The Opportunity :

Are you a bilingual Nurse Practitioner ready to bring compassionate, affirming care to a community that truly needs it? 26Health – a nationally recognized leader in inclusive, integrative, and affirming healthcare – is expanding into Atlanta, Georgia, and we’re seeking an experienced, community-driven Family Practice NP to help launch our newest clinic!

This is more than a job – it’s a movement . You’ll play a key role in shaping how care is delivered, building trust within the community, and creating access to high-quality healthcare for everyone, regardless of background or identity.

Who You Are :

• A licensed Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Georgia, with at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred) and passionate about bridging language and cultural gaps in care
• Deeply committed to inclusive, patient-centered care
• Excited to collaborate with behavioral health, care management, and wellness teams to deliver whole-person care
• Ready to grow with a mission-led, innovative organization redefining what healthcare looks like
