Maintenance Technician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Assignments are based on the individual's experience, training, and demonstrated capability. Work is directed by the Production Manager and may include scheduled or unscheduled tasks in support of production and facility needs.

This role is ideal for someone who sees the opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations across the facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the reliability and performance of critical equipment and infrastructure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Equipment & Facilities Maintenance

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production machinery and facility systems.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities as outlined in the PM schedule.
• Assist with the entry and updating of maintenance work orders in the system.
• Respond to and follow up on maintenance requests submitted by machine operators or production supervisors.
• Maintain facility equipment, including electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical fixtures.
• Support safe installation and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
