We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team. This position is perfect for a seasoned paralegal with a passion for litigation and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive litigation support, preparing for trials, and managing complex legal projects. This role requires a deep understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and document preparation, coupled with excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you will be expected to :

1. Provide extensive litigation support including document review, case management, and trial preparation.

2. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.

3. Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal formats and regulations.

4. Manage electronic discovery and legal discovery processes.

5. Maintain and update case files using legal case management software.

6. Liaise with clients, providing updates and addressing their queries in a professional and timely manner.

7. Coordinate and manage legal projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

8. Assist with personal injury cases, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and handling related tasks.

9. Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively to prepare and present reports.

10. Ensure all legal procedures are adhered to and all legal terminology is correctly applied.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Senior Litigation Paralegal position should possess :

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.

3. Proficiency in litigation support, document review, case management, and trial preparation.

4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

5. Proficiency in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office suite.

6. Familiarity with electronic discovery and legal discovery processes.

7. Experience in handling personal injury cases.

8. Excellent project management skills.

9. Outstanding communication and client relations skills.

10. A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

11. A thorough understanding of legal procedures and terminology.

12. Proven ability to proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
