What You'll Do

We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join the Design team at Typeface! You'll drive end-to-end experiences that help enterprise marketers easily turn ideas into fully personalized campaigns - fast, intuitive, and on-brand. This is your chance to shape how marketers work alongside AI - not just through interfaces, but through systems that multiply creativity and impact.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Work in between the design team and the front-end team to craft new high-quality user experiences. You'll help bridge some of the gaps between what the design team envisions and what gets shipped into our product with a strong focused on the details to make our user experience A+ and delight our customers.
• Help validate or discard hypotheses by testing new designs and concepts with high-fidelity prototypes
• Help set up and maintain our design system working with our design and front-end team.
• Present work to peers, product teams and executive leadership / stakeholder
• Conceive, prototype, and iterate on new high-quality user experiences.
• Quickly bring new ideas to life through functional UI's and prototypes.
• Help drive the design process with engineering teams to ship these new products to users.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto HQ. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week.

Base Salary

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$180,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
