Job Description
Our client in the Southeastern Connecticut area is looking for a Telecom Specialist. This person will be supporting projects related to telephony infrastructure and evaluating new telecommunications solutions. This person will be supporting the engineering and field teams to manage any telecommunication moves, adds and changes. They will also be working with vendors for service orders.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a Telecom position
Knowledge of telephone systems (Frontier Preferred)
ServiceNow experience
Customer Service Experience / Strong computer skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
IT Project management experience
Experience in IT Service delivery and ITIL framework
Working knowledge of IT business systems
Pay Rate : $25 - $35 / hour
