Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will lead and motivate team members, monitor workflow, and enforce company policies and procedures to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise, coach, and train production employees to meet performance expectations
  • Plan, organize, and direct production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor quality standards, perform inspections, and resolve production issues
  • Track daily production output and report key performance metrics to management
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and environmental policies
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to reduce downtime
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or production environment required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, reports, and safety regulations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds if necessary
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    The base salary range for this position is $49,920 - $54,080, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
