Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts tailored to client needs. Represent the company at industry events, safety forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in environmental services, industrial cleaning, wastewater, waste management, or a related technical / field service. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals. Strong technical aptitude with comfort around industrial processes, fluid / sludge handling, or regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and proactive - capable of working independently in a field environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally (mostly local). Familiarity with EPA, OSHA, DOT , or local environmental regulations. Experience responding to or coordinating emergency service projects. Base Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE) Commission : Uncapped - realistic 1st year total ~$120,000+ Benefits : Full health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off Travel : Local / regional territory (vehicle reimbursement provided) Work with an experienced, safety-driven team that values your initiative and industry knowledge. We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business and grow market share across industrial, municipal, energy, and commercial sectors in the Oklahoma City region. If you thrive in field-based sales and enjoy connecting technical solutions with real-world environmental needs, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on growing revenue and client base.
- Prospect, build relationships, and close deals with industrial, municipal, and commercial customers.
- Sell a full suite of environmental and industrial services , including :
24 / 7 Emergency Spill Response & Environmental Cleanup
