We are looking for a Farm Inputs Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy, on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months.
You will provide administration support to our different business areas with a variety of tasks, in an efficient and effective manner.

As a Farm Inputs Administrator your role will involve :
Pricing orders in a timely and accurate manner (including returns).Raising invoices and handling any customer enquiries.Ensuring all relevant month-end information is processed in a timely manner.Completing pricing requests from third parties.Calculating and ensuring the timely payment of group and customer rebates.Compiling and distributing weekly reports generated for the Commercial team (aged pricing / unpriced orders)Working with the Commercial team and Sales Leaders to collate the price files for Spring and AutumnCompleting a daily review of orders to ensure accuracy (looking at negative margin sales, FOC sales, credit notes raised etc)Other duties including supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrationWe encourage candidates to submit their applications as early as possible and not to wait until the published closing date as applications will be reviewed and interviews may be booked in before that date.
