Salary Range : $20-$25 per hour

Slate is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our in-person team at our Troy, MI headquarters for the Fall Semester (SeptemberDecember). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, where your contributions will have real impact. • Collaborate closely with our Accounting team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations
• Get a behind-the-scenes look at how corporate accounting works in a high-growth startup environment
• Investigate and help resolve discrepancies in financial datasharpening your analytical and problem-solving skills
• Assist with preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and key financial reports
• Contribute to the development and documentation of internal control processes
• Build practical experience in managing financial data, performing tie-outs, and supporting compliance and accuracy initiatives
