About The Position

Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Profession : Nuclear Medicine / PET

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Experience : 2 years as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist

License : Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Certifications : ARRT(N) or CNMT (NMTCB certified)

Must-Have : Associates degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology

Description :

Responsible for calculating, preparing, and administering correct dosages of radiopharmaceuticals.

Perform various radionuclide studies.

Siemens equipment experience is required.

Familiarity with Capintec Well Counters, Uptake Probe, Dose Calibrators, and Xenon Pulmonex Ventilation System is necessary.

Experience with NMIS Dosing system is required.

CPR certification via AHA is necessary.

Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance certification is required.

Candidates must have completed an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
