What You’ll Be Doing :

  • ???? Build relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and financial professionals.
  • ???? Educate and sell Oaktree’s wholesale mortgage loan products over the phone.
  • ???? Leverage company-provided marketing leads while developing your own network.
  • ???? Learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry through hands-on experience.
  • ???? Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing.

What We’re Looking For :

  • ️ Recent College Graduate – Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields).
  • ️ Strong Work Ethic & Drive – A self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • ️ Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to build rapport and engage clients over the phone.
  • ️ Desire to Learn – Passion for developing expertise in mortgage sales and finance.
  • ️ Team Player – Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
