Registration Specialist

Job Title

Develop and execute the registration process to ensure exceptional sales support is provided to Almo ProAV field sales force. Includes product quotes, negotiation with manufacturers and project forecasts.

What you will do in this role :

• Work directly with outside sales force to intake project information, including scope, business and technical requirements.
• Based on project specs, this position will be responsible for :
• Creating proposal
• Negotiating directly with manufacturer for discount pricing
• Understanding comparable (pricing, promotions, technical project attributes)
• Calculating discounts and knowing the price point where Almo ProAV needs to be to win registration
• Coordinate registration pricing data from manufacturer and input data into Salesforce database to track project progress and metrics
• Provide overview of project forecast, sales volumes to ensure quality and completeness throughout the process
• May be responsible for deepening knowledge and act as subject matter expert for a vertical channel or specific product line.
