A company is looking for an Intake Specialist who is responsible for managing patient referrals and documentation in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Enters referrals accurately and timely, meeting productivity and quality standards Communicates with referral sources and ensures documentation is completed and routed appropriately Works with local branch leadership to provide appropriate inventory and services Required Qualifications High School Diploma One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, or call center roles Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
