What You'll Be Doing

As our Construction Manager, you'll lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work, happy clients, and a motivated team. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, problem-solving, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Your day-to-day includes :

  • Leading the charge on all construction projects
  • Assigning tasks and guiding our superintendents to success
  • Keeping everything on time and on budget (like a project ninja)
  • Making sure all work meets local codes, standards, and high-quality expectations
  • Capturing and organizing project info from photos to contracts
  • Wrapping up projects with end-of-job debriefs and team check-ins

    Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in construction management
  • PMP certification? Even better, but not required
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • A knack for clear communication
  • A drive to hit goals and maintain profitability
