Job Description
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, showcasing your technical knowledge and professionalism
Interpret customer requirements and guide internal teams to create effective, application-specific solutions
Collaborate closely with design, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer expectations are met
Attend customer site visits, trade shows, and industry events to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities
Help uncover emerging markets and business development prospects
Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date for effective reporting and opportunity tracking

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales or applications engineering within a manufacturing space
Experience with MIE Trak ERP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous, other ERP / CRM experience required
Willing to travel to customer sites and industry events and tradeshows
Strong communication skills and self-motivated personality
What's on Offer
Base salary ranging from $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience
Discretionary bonus paid out annually
