Job Summary

The Concessions Manager will assist in leading concession operations, manage staff, oversee inventory controls, and ensure high-quality service during events. This role will drive operational excellence and help deliver unforgettable experiences to guests.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day concession operations

Manage staffing, scheduling, and team training

Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly counts

Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Collaborate with vendors and internal departments

Maintain high guest service standards at all location

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

5+ years of experience in concessions or foodservice management

Proficiency in inventory and POS systems

ServSafe or similar food safety certification

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
