, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Portland . This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

Active Bar Admission in Oregon .

2+ years of substantive experience in civil litigation .

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigation and single plaintiff employment litigation .

Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
