Client Services Agent Remote / Field-Based (3 Openings)
Location : Alabama (preferred) Tennessee Georgia (south of Atlanta) or Mississippi (within 1 2 hours of the Alabama border)
Pay : $23 per hour to start with potential increase after 90 days
Bonuses : Monthly performance-based bonus tied to client enrollments
Travel : Mileage hotel and meal expenses fully reimbursed
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and service-oriented Client Services Agents to join a growing financial services organization that helps individuals and families manage self-directed care this position you will support clients through the enrollment process ensure compliance with state and federal program requirements and provide ongoing service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
This role offers a blend of remote work and in-person client visits at homes community sites or local meeting spots. Its ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships problem-solving and making a positive impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure accurate documentation.
Manage client communications via phone email and in-person meetings.
Maintain detailed records and perform data entry across multiple systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients families and program partners.
Stay up to date on program guidelines and effectively communicate updates.
Support internal teams by resolving issues and sharing client feedback.
Participate in outreach and education activities to promote program growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service case management or administrative support (experience in financial services healthcare or social services preferred).
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficient with technology and able to navigate multiple databases.
Comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling including occasional evenings or weekends.
