Job Description :

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist client(s) in Albany, OR and surrounding areas.

Current Schedule :

Thurs. - Sun : 7am-2pm

or

Thurs - Sun : 3pm-10pm

Your Responsibilities May Include :

Personal Care : Assist clients with bathing, showering, toileting, and changing adult incontinence products as needed. (based on client needs)

Companionship :  Provide attention to clients' needs, including companionship and social engagement.

Household Support :  Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Communication :  Maintain timely and effective communication, including returning calls promptly and keeping office staff updated on any client concerns or schedule changes.

Professional Relationships :   Establish and maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Dependability :  Ensure reliable and consistent care by being punctual and dependable.
