Position : Bookkeeper / Office Systems Coordinator
Location : Vancouver, WA
Pay : DOE
Schedule : Full-Time, Onsite

We're a growing company looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper who can help bring structure, organization, and clarity to our office operations. If you enjoy creating systems, cleaning up processes, and helping a business run more efficiently, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do :
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (AP / AR, reconciliations, reporting)
- Organize and streamline financial and administrative data
- Create and implement SOPs to improve workflow and consistency
- Lead the transition from paper files to digital systems
- Maintain and update QuickBooks Online with accurate, timely entries
- Support leadership with special administrative or accounting projects
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
