Job Description

Position : Bookkeeper / Office Systems Coordinator

Location : Vancouver, WA

Pay : DOE

Schedule : Full-Time, Onsite

Who We Are :

We're a growing company looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper who can help bring structure, organization, and clarity to our office operations. If you enjoy creating systems, cleaning up processes, and helping a business run more efficiently, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do :

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (AP / AR, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Organize and streamline financial and administrative data
  • Create and implement SOPs to improve workflow and consistency
  • Lead the transition from paper files to digital systems
  • Maintain and update QuickBooks Online with accurate, timely entries
  • Support leadership with special administrative or accounting projects
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

    • What You Need to Have :

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Clear communication skills

    • The Musts :

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Ability to build and maintain digital filing systems
  • Comfort working with both financial and administrative data

    • Preferred :

  • Experience creating or refining SOPs
  • Past involvement in system conversions (paper to digital)
  • Familiarity with general office administration
