Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example : Provide direct patient care while setting the standard for clinical excellence and patient experience.
• Drive Clinical Outcomes : Collaborate with therapists and specialists to ensure optimal treatment plans and timely case resolution.
• Team Leadership : Supervise clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with APC supervisory requirements and fostering a collaborative, professional environment.
• Operational Oversight : Partner with clinic leadership to manage staffing levels, implement process improvements, and maintain high-quality care standards.
• Client & Payer Relations : Maintain strong relationships with center clients and payers to support business continuity and satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement changes that enhance clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team engagement.
• Financial Awareness : Contribute to budget planning and monitor key business metrics to support clinic sustainability and growth.
• Culture Champion : Promote values of safety, professionalism, collaboration, and recognition across the clinic team.
