• Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm, minimum 3 weeks per month preferred
• 5 - 7 cases per day depending on area
• General, endo, ENT, and OB procedures required
• 1 night call per week and 2 weekend shifts per month
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
