The Clinical Development Engineering team at Intuitive Surgical holds a unique position within product development by identifying clinical value through enabling the safe, effective, and reliable use of surgical robotic platforms and their components.
As Program Manager, you will run non-technical and technical programs that support the CDE team from initiation through delivery. You will manage working teams through meetings and progress measurement activities which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. You will be expected to deliver business results through effective program / project planning, governance, change management, communications and training. Projects may include developing and optimizing business processes through working teams and scaling new and existing processes to allow the team to efficiently operate and grow.
The Program Manager position will utilize a mix of subject matter expertise in Clinical Development Engineering, administrative leadership and program management. The Program Manager contributes across the full range of the CDE program, including daily operations, long-range planning, educational offerings and training, conceptualization of new projects, recruiting staff and faculty, selecting and mentoring project staff, etc.
