The Manufacturing Technician will play a key role in supporting production goals by ensuring the highest standards of equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and upholding safety and quality.

Strategic Responsibilities & Deliverables :

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections on production machinery to ensure optimal operation
• Quickly and effectively address breakdowns, minimizing downtime and impact on production schedules
• Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
• Order inventory for maintenance parts, tools, and supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed
• Work with engineering and production teams to implement enhancements to machines and workflows
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address and prioritize maintenance needs
