Float Pool Registered Nurse - ED Boarding, Med / Surg, ICU - Night Shift

Join our Internal Float Pool, where you’ll enjoy variety, challenges, and growth within the same hospital. You will rotate through units like ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support, gaining diverse experiences that enhance your clinical skills.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assure safe and therapeutic practices in accordance with established guidelines. You'll engage patients and their families in care planning and develop strong therapeutic relationships throughout their healthcare journey.

Be prepared to recognize significant changes in patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes. You'll also implement safety strategies and work on discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach. Constantly striving for improvement, you'll engage in quality initiatives that enhance patient experiences.
