Job Description : Summary

Provide front-line supervision and administrative support for the location. Primarily responsible for the assignment of work to non-exempt personnel as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his / her assigned functional area

Essential Functions

• Payroll / Billing
• Complies with all Safety Maintenance and Compliance. DOT log review preparation and submission. Conducts Safety Training / Orientations. First point of contact for collisions and injuries. Updates / Maintains STAR. Conducts safety meetings in conjunction with other management
• Handles front line customer requests; identifies and elevates any customer issues if needed. Acts as a liaison between hourly workers and management. Elevates any employee relations issues as appropriate. Quality Assurance. Dispatch / Routing. Driver communications (e.g. location updates settlement reports weekly paycheck stubs). Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility (e.g. supplies expenses etc.)
• Maintains location A / P log
• Supply / uniform ordering
• Maintains all attendance / vacation records for hourly employees
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting to Manager prior to distribution

Compensation Information :

Thecompensationofferedtoa candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience; education including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus commission and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / for the position are below :

Minimum Pay Range : 40000

Maximum Pay Range : 45000
