Superior communication skills (both written and spoken) A strong sense of urgency An exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude A highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time A rigorous attention to detail and ability to multitask You have the essential drive to sincerely surrender yourself every day to the service of our guests Prefer (2) or more years of serving experience in a high volume refined dining, lounge and bar A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position Have a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies Maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and seat availability Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique.
