What You'll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy services in clients' homes

Evaluate mobility, strength, and functional limitations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Educate clients and caregivers on home exercises and mobility strategies

Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed

Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care

What You'll Need

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Current CPR certification

Strong communication and time management skills

Home health experience preferred
