Position : Billing Specialist
Location : Cerritos, CA (Onsite)
Pay : $75,000 to $85,000 annually
Experience : 2+ years law firm eBilling experience to perform full cycle client invoicing.
Type : Full-time; Temp-to-Hire
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm (40-hour week, monthly OT required)

Job Description :
Responsible to review / edit monthly pre-bills.
Communicate with attorneys / clients to coordinate special terms and adjustments.
Verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation of write-offs per firm policy and make corrections.
Electronically redact and transmit client invoices.
Input disbursement charges monthly.
Scan invoices and perform full cycle eBilling.
Distributing final monthly client invoices and reminder statements.
Position Requirements :
Must have advanced knowledge of Aderant (or similar legal billing software).
Strong attention to detail is required.
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate in a clear and concise with internal customers and firm clients.
