A strong academic background and a record of scholarship that meet the standards for appointment at the rank of Full Professor in the Libraries are required. The ideal candidate will be a strong and effective communicator, capable of inspiring trust, facilitating collaboration, and clearly articulating the Libraries' mission and priorities to diverse audiences.
