The IT Manager will oversee servers, networks, cloud systems, telephony, and end-user support for staff and senior executives. This position combines hands-on technical work with strategic oversight, ensuring seamless operation of hybrid IT environments. The role requires excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to maintain system functionality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Accountabilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networks, telephony, collaboration tools, and audiovisual systems.
• Provide end-user support for senior executives and staff, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee hybrid IT environments, including on-premise, cloud-based, and remote systems.
• Perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure IT systems operate efficiently and securely.
• Implement proactive maintenance plans, system upgrades, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support technology initiatives and projects.
