Job Title : Outside Sales Representative
Location : Grand Rapids, MI OR Cadillac, MI
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent, Fully Remote
Compensation : Base $40,000 + monthly commission
Benefits : Company car, $1,500 monthly travel allowance, medical, dental, vision and PTO.
An Addison Group client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative!
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct field-based outreach to established and prospective partners across designated territories
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive loan application growth
- Manage daily schedules and plan independent travel across territories (up to 5 days / week on the road)
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with clients and partners using tools like PowerPoint
- Track engagement activity and meet performance metrics focused on partner contact, appointment setting, and pipeline building—not just call volume
- Stay organized and self-motivated in a high-energy, performance-based environment
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in outside sales or related fields (real estate, automotive, finance, etc.)Comfortable operating independently with a "road warrior" mindsetStrong verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry toolsHigh school diploma or GED preferredWillingness to travel extensively and stay overnight 1–2 nights / week as neededWhy choose Addison Group?
